Larger live workspaces connect reliably

An application watching many repositories or projects could put enough sync groups in its WebSocket address for a gateway to refuse the connection with HTTP 414. Ablo now keeps the address short and confirms the full subscription over the open connection before replaying missed changes. Existing small subscriptions continue to open as before.
