v0.65.0

Guarded writes make their premise explicit

Update and delete operations now accept explicit guards tied to a prior read. Subject-scoped point reads can return no row without revealing hidden records, while write races report stable conflict errors and safe capability metadata. The concurrency guide explains the guards and their use in coordinated writes.

Brief coordination outages allow bounded HTTP recovery

Idempotent HTTP writes now honour a server retry hint when claim coordination is temporarily unavailable. Retries retain the sealed request, idempotency key and original finite deadline; conflicts and unhinted rejections still return to the caller. Server admission checks are unchanged. The retry hint requires the companion sync-server rollout, and this package release does not certify dependency failover or deploy that server change to production.

Rotated credentials report their expiry

Expired rotated API keys have a distinct error code, allowing callers to distinguish credential rotation from session recovery.
