More complete upgrade guidance

ablo upgrade now identifies removed SyncProvider imports and the removed AbloProvider userId prop, including aliased imports. Its guidance points to the current provider and authenticated client session. React examples and identity documentation now use the supported props consistently.

Registration examples match the scaffold

The quickstart now includes the empty type import from @abloatai/ablo that ablo init already generates. It loads the SDK declaration before augmenting Register, so applications copying the example retain the existing module’s types. The groups guide also explains how shared context relates to membership and subscription changes.

This patch introduces no new API changes.
